11. Subject to an order from a judge of the Tribunal, any person may consult the registers, records, orders and judgments of the Tribunal at the court office of the Court of Québec, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Court of Québec (chapter C-25.01, r. 9) applicable to the Civil Division.
